Meet Forrest Forte

Owner/Coach

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and nutrition coach.

Forrest played Division 1 football at the U.S. Naval Academy and served in the Marine Corps as an Artillery Officer. Forrest now runs Forte Fitness & Performance in Benbrook, where he helps athletes and individuals of all fitness levels build strength, resilience, and confidence through structured, evidence-based training.

Forrest is a San Antonio native, and he understands the demands of balancing training, work, and family life—now raising his own family in Texas. Forrest is dedicated to helping others stay strong for the long haul.
