What changes is the environment—You train alongside others working through the same weekly focus, but your exercises, loading, and modifications are adjusted to your ability. Every session is coached.

You train in a small group (max 6), following a planned weekly strength focus built around specific volume and intensity targets. Each member performs variations appropriate to their ability while working toward the same progression goals. Every session is coach-led to ensure proper technique, loading, and execution.
